Hello! I am Christine. As an average mom, I've wrestled with self-doubt and the never-ending questions: 'Am I a good mom?' 'What am I doing wrong?' 'Why won't my kids listen?' and more. On top of the usual juggling act of household chores, school activities, birthday parties, and doctor appointments, I've battled mental health challenges like generalized anxiety and panic attacks.

For years, I neglected my own mental, physical, and emotional well-being, prioritizing everyone else's needs above my own. But I've learned that self-care isn't selfish; it's essential. I've worked hard to prioritize my well-being, and now I want to help fellow moms do the same.
